Well, it has been an interesting week here. I was busy doing apricots. I have done 1 and 1/2 bushels of them in the last two weeks! I have now done canned apricots, dried apricots, and apricot bread. I think I have seen enough apricots for this year. I now have peaches to do. I will be canning them as Kellen really loves canned peaches. Now, on with the triumphs!
1. The canning continues. I am still working on more!
2. The plumbing is in upstairs! So now I paint the walls tonight and the shower, toilet, and vanity go in tomorrow!
3. I have started freezing corn. I have only done 18 ears so far but they will be good in the middle of winter.
4. The litter is still being scooped
