Old T-Shirts

This is a HUGE project that I have undertaken. I just could not throw away any of our old shirts. It seemed like a waste to me. So I have been saving some of them for years looking for an idea of what to do with them. Then inspiration struck! I decided to try to make a quilt/ blanket with them. I have very few sewing skills and even less patience so we will have to see how it turns out. It may be years before I am done. Some of the squares that I have cut out of our favorite old shirts. I have now started to sew them together! I will keep you updated on my project. A trip to Goodwill may be in order soon so that I can finish.
